About these terms

These terms apply when you order from Nayya Abaya, through this website or on WhatsApp. By confirming an order, you accept them.

Who we are

Nayya Abaya is an abaya house based in Doha, Qatar. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +974 5111 7194 or on Instagram at @nayya.abaya, or by email at info@nayyaabaya.com.

Placing an order

Choose a piece and a size on its page, then tap Order on WhatsApp. A message with your order details opens for you to send. We confirm the size, availability and delivery time with you. Your order is confirmed once we confirm it to you in writing and your payment is received.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Qatari riyals. Delivery within Qatar is charged separately, at QAR 40 to 70 depending on your area, and we confirm it with you before you pay. You pay by a method we agree with you on WhatsApp after we confirm your order. We never ask you to send card details in a message.

Pieces made to measure

A piece made to your measurements is ready within one week of your order being confirmed.

Availability

Our pieces are made in limited numbers. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order it, we tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Delivery and returns

We deliver within Qatar only. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Delivery is covered on our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Colours and sizing

We photograph every piece with care, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Check the size guide on each piece's page, and message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you would like help choosing a size.

Our content

The photographs, text and logo on this website belong to Nayya Abaya. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date below changes with them. An order is governed by the terms in place when it was confirmed.
