Everything you may wish to know about sizing, the care of fine cloth, delivery, returns, and ordering a piece made to your measurements.
Sizing & Fit
Each piece comes in lengths 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60, and also 61, 62 and 63, measured in inches from the shoulder to the hem. Every product page includes a size guide. Lengths can vary from piece to piece, so we confirm yours on WhatsApp before we prepare your order. If you need a length that is not listed, we can make the piece to your measurements.
Alterations are not included with your order. If you would like a different fit, ask us on WhatsApp before you order, or choose a piece made to your measurements, ready within one week.
Fabric & Care
We recommend dry cleaning only, with a cleaner experienced in fine silks and crêpes. Between wears, hang your abaya on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight, and allow it to rest a day between outings.
Hand embroidery asks for a gentle hand. Store embellished pieces flat or folded with acid-free tissue, never compressed among other garments.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Qatar only at present. Our driver brings your order within two working days, and delivery costs QAR 40 to 70 depending on your area. If you are outside Qatar, write to us and we will tell you as soon as delivery opens to your country.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, or is not the piece you ordered, message us as soon as you receive it and we will put it right at no cost to you.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
It would be our honour. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece you have in mind, and we will guide you through your measurements. Your piece is then cut to your measurements and finished by hand, ready within one week.
Ask us on WhatsApp. We will tell you whether the piece you have in mind can be made in another fabric or colour, and how long it would take.
